Finding a substitute for Jing on the PC is not easy in the app world of the iPad. A decent substitute is called Explain Everything. This cheap little app lets you use screen clips to illustrate the iPad environment and annotate while you narrate. Check out my example of how to link GoodReader to your Dropbox account.
