Sound Note is an iPad app that lets you type notes and record audio at the same time. You can read what you typed while recording or record while you are typing. If you click on a word it will try to match what was being said at that time. The tracking doesn't work that great but you can include drawings, sketches or handwriting and email the note with audio. Documents are available on A shared network with the iPad with a unique URL . The files are available to save or view as text, pdf, and audio. This may be a great accomodation for some students who can respond to questions and it is immediately available for the teacher to view over the web.
