Here is a simple little app called Show Me . They bill themselves as a, "Interactive Learning community" that allows you to create a tutorial with video and audio and send the URL to people. You can also embed the video in a blog like below. It looks to be struggling in IE and Firefox. It does work one the iPad in Safari. I will have to try it in Chrome.
