Simply Box

Just reviewed a powerful app that allows you to communicate, create, collaborate, and share content and messaging directly in the application you are working. Simplybox simplifies the process of collaborating by "decentralizing" the communication and collaboration from a centralized application (Sharepoint, Webex, Outlook) and creates a collaborative took within the application you are working at the time. They use the analogy of leaving your office while you are working to go somewhere else to make a phone call. This tool seems to be a nice transitional tool as we move closer to true cloud computing. This allows users to stay within familiar applications or enterprise programs while adding Simplybox as a way to contextualize your asynchronous or synchronous communication. Sounds promising!
